What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Standard MOQ is 1 × 20' FCL (~20 MT in Flexibag). For first-time buyers, we also accommodate sample orders of 25–200 kg with freight costs covered by the buyer.
What payment terms do you accept?

Standard: 50% downpayment upon confirmation, 50% against copy of shipping documents. Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight available for established long-term partners.
Can you ship CIF or CFR to my destination port?

Yes. We coordinate with trusted international freight forwarders to major ports worldwide. Simply provide your destination port and we'll include CIF/CFR pricing in your quote.
Do you provide quality certificates and lab reports?

Yes. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering Brix, pH, ash, sucrose, reducing sugars, and moisture is included with every shipment. Analysis is conducted by P3GI (Pusat Penelitian Gula Indonesia), the certified Indonesian sugar research institute.
